Christmas Tree Festival Performance – Tonight! Come and join us this evening at St Peter and St Mary's Parish Church for our festive performance as part of the Christmas Tree Festival. It's the perfect way to celebrate the season with music, lights and community spirit. All are welcome – we'd love to see you there!
We are absolutely amazed by the incredible talent of one of our Year 4 students! They've been working so hard on a fantastic piece of artwork and the result has truly blown us away.
Year 2 have been hard at work in DT, creating their very own 'jam jar' salads in a cup! Using pasta, couscous and a rainbow of fresh vegetables, they've been practising a variety of cutting techniques and exploring vibrant colours and flavours. The classroom is bursting with delicious aromas and the children can't wait to tuck into their healthy, homemade creations. What a tasty way to learnYum!
Our School Council have been busy again! At the end of the school day, they've been handing out friendly parking reminder slips to parents and carers. The aim? To help promote safety for everyone around our school gates.
School Council rolled up their sleeves and headed out for a community litter pick! Doing our bit to keep the local area clean and welcoming, we were amazed at what we found! Every little action makes a big difference and we're proud to play our part in looking after our environment.
Year 6 PE in action! Our brilliant students have been busy practicing partner balances in gymnastics building trust, strength and teamwork with every move. From counterbalances to creative poses, they've shown incredible focus and cooperation.
A big well done to our three winners of the Pudsey's Puzzle Page competition!! An excellent effort made by all, if we could make you all winners we would! The school is bursting with children dressed in all things Pudsey and spots from head to toe. It's been a joyful day of fundraising and fun! Thanks to everyone's generosity, our current running total stands at £92.51!
We had an early break time so everyone could be back in class for 11am. The children did so wellsitting quietly and respectfully throughout. It was a lovely moment of reflection and afterwards, lots of little minds were buzzing with questions, eager to learn more about why we remember. A simple but meaningful way to come together as a school. Lest we forget.
What a fantastic Careers Day we've had! The children had an absolute blast dressing up to showcase their dream jobs. They asked brilliant questions to our amazing volunteers, learning all about the exciting paths they've taken. And the highlight? Exploring real emergency vehicles up close! A huge thank you to everyone who made today so inspiring and fun.
