Our school day begins at 8:30am and ends at 3:10pm

We expect all children to be in school during this time

This equates to 32 hours and 30 minutes in a typical week

 

8:30am - SCHOOL GATES OPEN

Children are parents responsibility on the playground until the school doors open

8:35am – SCHOOL OPENS

Gates will be closed promptly at 8:40am

Once the gates are locked, children should be brought round to the front office

8:50am – Registration is Closed

Children who come in after 8:40am and before 8:50am will be recorded as late

Children who arrive after 8:50am are recorded as an unauthorised late

MORNING BREAK

10:50am-11:05am 

Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are provided with fresh fruit or raw vegetables for a snack at morning break

Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 are encouraged to bring a piece of fruit or raw vegetable snack to enjoy during morning break

Lunch

12:00pm-1:00pm

A reminder that we are a nut-free school

3:10pm – SCHOOL DAY ENDS

The gates to the playground will open at 3:05pm

Children are brought out on to the playground by their teachers and sent home with the agreed parent/carer

Please notify the school if someone different will be collecting your child

 

The school car park is off limits to all parent parking & pupil drop offs. Please use the path that goes round the car park when entering and leaving through the main school gates by foot.
